“Explore your emotion”, the mission of eyez.music or the music label of JennyJenny, an all local and original musician in HongKong, has become the music she creates, shares and connects with the world.

Born in Macau, and a Eurasian herself, Jenny transpires her fusion of East and West to her music. With her classical background and love of Jazz, hip-hop, R&B, Pop, New Age and so on, Jenny has found her voice in her upcoming album “Just For Tonight” which is a decade of dedication to her dream. This time, she has broken new ground into writing and recording a vocal album, instead of staying in her comfort zone of instrumental music, like her previous albums “In the Mood Of … Dreams” and “Love Is Blind” which were sold successfully in HMV, Broadway Theatre, Dymocks, New Age Book Store, Flow, iTunes and many more in both HK and Macau years ago. Undoubtedly, this breakthrough lives between her reality and imagination.
In order to reach out and touch, Jenny has half of her album in English, and half in Chinese so that she can establish her base in Hong Kong while introducing her “Made In Hong Kong” music to the world outside. A reflection of her mentality and ethnicity, her cantopops have lots of western influence while her English songs, Asian, not only in terms of the performance but lyrics and arrangement as well. Unconventional yet mainstream, Jenny’s music reveals her talent in balancing audience’s conscious need for the familiar and subconscious desire for the unknown. As if living the life of a singer songwriter in one of the most exciting/depressing city in the world is not challenging enough, Jenny will be scoring for the remake of “The Killers” with an indie director in the US to enter the Sundance Film Festival next year, after releasing “Just For Tonight” in Hong Kong soon.
